Shipping policy

Orders over $100 are granted free shipping within the continental U.S., provided the delivery is standard USPS or UPS delivery. Any expedited methods are not covered by this policy.

Products shipped directly from our Japan warehouse are not included in our Free Shipping offer (some RECORD RUNNER®, some STOKYO MCC turntables).

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. If any order has no confirmation within 2 business days, customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase for a full refund. 

NOTE REGARDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Customer is responsible for all import tax and duty fees.
